A workshop during which Paweł Matyszewski, the artist behind the exhibition Work Makes Work, will share the painting techniques he uses in his own practice. During the session, you'll trace the creative process of one of the most fascinating Polish artists and discover his personal methods for achieving strikingly aesthetic and surprising results. You'll then put this knowledge into practice, trying out the techniques yourself and creating your own pieces. No prior artistic experience is required. The main language of the workshop will be English.

During the workshop, you will be provided with: a primed cardboard panel, a 46x55 cm canvas, acrylic paints, painting tools, and guidance from the artist, who has teaching experience. The result will be two pieces of your own: one on cardboard, allowing you to practise the techniques shown, and a second on canvas, in acrylic. You'll take both home with you. The cost is €85 per person for a single spot, or €75 per person when booking for 2 or more people.
